Let’s Try AI! operates https://letstryaiguide.com, publishes practical AI demonstrations, sells digital ChatGPT Tools, and offers a paid Concierge service through our AI Design Team. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, purchase a product, or use our services.
Information you provide
We collect information you provide when making a purchase, accessing your customer account, contacting us, or requesting Concierge services. This may include your name, email address, contact details, purchase information, messages, preferences, photos, and other materials you choose to send.
Please provide only information needed for your request and only share photos or other material you have permission to use.
Purchases, payments, and digital products
We use SureCart to manage checkout, customer records, orders, and digital-product access. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Checkout collects your name, email address, and payment information. Depending on your payment method, Stripe may also request billing details and collect transaction, device, and technical information to process payments and help prevent fraud. We receive information needed to manage your order, such as payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details.
We use purchase and contact information to provide digital guides or access instructions, send receipts and service-related messages, manage customer access, and respond to payment or order questions.

Concierge services and ChatGPT
Our Concierge service uses customer-provided photos, preferences, instructions, and related information to perform the requested AI work. Communication may take place through text messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or email.
Our AI Design Team uploads relevant photos and information to ChatGPT to create, evaluate, or refine results for your request. OpenAI processes that information under its applicable terms, privacy policy, and account settings. Messaging platforms also handle communications under their own privacy practices.
We do not publish or use customer photos, results, conversations, or other customer material in public examples or marketing without the customer’s permission.
Cookies and technical information
Our website and the services it uses may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, and interactions with site features.
Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as login sessions, customer access, shopping carts, checkout, security, and site performance. Our site uses WordPress, Hostinger hosting and tools, LiteSpeed Cache, and SureCart. Payment and embedded-content providers may use additional technologies when their services load or are used.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent parts of the website, customer area, or checkout from working properly.
Embedded content and external links
Our pages may include YouTube videos or other third-party content. How long we retain information
We delete Concierge customer photos and related ChatGPT conversations and project/file copies under our control within 30 days after delivering the completed service, unless the customer requests continued work or retention is needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
This includes photo copies we control in our working files and service communications, where the platform permits deletion. Deleting our copy does not necessarily delete copies held by recipients or immediately remove information from a provider’s systems or backups. Providers apply their own retention rules. OpenAI’s retention guidance explains its handling of chats and files.
Purchase records, invoices, account information, and necessary support correspondence are retained separately for as long as reasonably needed to provide access and support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your privacy choices and rights
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons. Deleting information needed for a service may affect our ability to provide that service or maintain your access.
